The 2023 Harm Reduction International Conference

We are very grateful to have taken part in this year's Harm Reduction International Conferencein Melbourne!
Our executive director, Tatyana Sleiman, took part in a panel discussing "Creative Responses in the Face of Crisis and Challenges", where she talked about how Skoun was able to sustain harm reduction services in the face of the triple crisis Lebanon is facing (COVID, Beirut blast and financial crisis ) through allyship and creative ways to engage with different stakeholders. But most importantly she was able to raise the voices of the people who use drugs in Lebanon to garner more support and give them the visibility they need.
